marketing are the two types of persuasive messages that a person can utilize to achieve
organizational objectives. The two are used for goodwill, action, and information. They are a
request for action that gets a consumer to purchase a product. Sales message is concerning
with deal closing whereas deals with creating awareness of the product to the consumer.
