As placed in the article, many organizations prefer the team working

instead individual working that offers more advantages. However, the


professor refutes each of the advantages of team working by
exemplifying an organization’s experience.
As stated in the passage that a group of people has a wider range of
knowledge, expertise, and skills than any single individual. The professor
averse the opposite that some members in the company got free wide
and most of them did not make contribution much at all. When a team
member was questioned, he had the opposite attitude toward team
working.
According to the given text, taking part in group process can be very
rewarding for members. He, however, observes that in the company
most of the groups didn’t move quickly. Because it takes a long time to
reach convince and make many meeting to build an argument about the
project. Additionally, some members provide a lot inside the group while
others do not.
As stated in the article that working in teams is a chance for shinning to
get their contribution and share the idea of their selves. Looking back to
the experience of the company, he claims that working in team would
cause some members being ignored and being isolated. Moreover, when
a project that is done by a group of people with different people, who
don’t have the same creativity and skill, fails that would be the working
background for all members, even if some members were hardworking.
