What did you like most about this training?


 The clarity of the two trainers. Their willingness to adapt the course to our needs rather than
just explaining what the course was about.
 The trainers were approachable and didn’t mind answering questions.
 It was well presented and explained very well.
 It was professional but relaxed and will be very useful.

What aspects of the training could be improved?


 Maybe some role play for those less assertive.

How do you hope to change your practice as a result of this training?


 Now I understand why I shouldn’t take it so personal when a situation might start to
escalate.
 The training seemed to refresh ideas for my role.
 I am now better able to deal with challenging behaviour in the reception area.

What additional training would you like to have in the future?


 I would like to learn specific affirmations to specific situations because at reception the type
of issues that arise with the patients are usually the same.
 Not sure.

Any other comments?


 The trainers were so good at explaining personality disorder that they made me want to
learn more about it. I have been googling it since then! Thank you very much.
 Refresher course in a year’s time.
