1. What is the importance of implementing Agrarian Reform Programs in the country?

By implementing Agrarian Reform Programs in the country, it helps to highlight and

explain the overall situation of the substantial portion of the local dwellers through its
development interventions intended to lift people out of poverty, improve the living standards,
and empowering people towards the progress of the country. This will be the way to encourage
equity, equality, productivity, and improvement of the agrarian reform system of the country.
By hearing and understanding the voice of the farmers or any people who are experiencing
hardships in the sector of agriculture.

2. What are the implications of these program to the lives of the Filipino
farmers? To the country as a whole?

These program helps the Filipino farmers to have their own right profit out of the
products they offer, as we know that at early times were as they cant have their own land and
market, they was being abused by the abusive landowners. Now, because of this programs they
will be having equal opportunities. In connection to this, the country will also benefit to it in
the sense that, it can cause good result to the overall agriculture and economy because the
producers are motivated and productive, lessen shortage or overage/ surplus, exports, and
especially the affordability of the products they offer.

3. Do you think the current State is doing it jobs in protecting the rights on land ownerships of
the indigenous and the local farmers?

Yes, I observe on "from the news / television" the Philippine government are doing their
best in order to accommodate the needs of the indigenous and the local farmers related to the
equal rights land ownerships. But as we know that upon, the opportunities are getting bigger
people are going to rural place to have their own journey out of poverty. It is estimated that 75
percent of the country's poor live in the rural areas. But the government are still and still
improving and developing the sectors that should be develop like in the talk about the land
settlement, stock distribution alternatives, land transfer activities, production and profit sharing,
beneficiary development.
