    We, IMC Co., Ltd. (hereinafter call "IMC") who are official manufacturer of the OIL Tank, having factories
    at 104-40, Gimhae-daero 916 Beon-gil, Hallim-myeon, Gimhae-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, KOREA. Our one
    major portfolio is design and manufacture of OIL Tank, special agent for vessel as well.

    If IMC success received payment from PT. ZOOMINDO INTI PERKASA for POMDES project 1,000units,
    will pay commission fee total USD 500,000 (commission fee)
