This includes pick-up and delivery within 2 hours. Cash on Delivery (COD) 0 (No COD Charges) Additional Information All rates are in AED. Canceled shipments will be retumed to you without any charges. Rates are applied per delivered shipment The same rates will be applied for reverse pickups. ‘The above rates are inclusive of the government levy. Rates are subject to a variable fuel surcharge where applicable. Order Creation Providing complete and clear shipping details is the Client's main responsibility. The Client must communicate shipments and follow BeeThere Delivery guidelines through either of the following methods: ‘Manual entry through BeeThere Delivery online portal dedicated for the Client. Please choose the location from Google Maps. Address details should be provided as follows (City, area, st, landmark, building name, and flat number). Mobile Application. (Please use the pin on the map to choose locations or choose location from google maps) Services by BeeThere Delivery will commence upon successful reception of orders pushed by the Client as per one of the mentioned methods. In the event the Client fails to raise a dispute within such period, the invoice shall be deemed accepted, undisputed, and payable by the Client. * Forthe avoidance of doubt, even if the Client disputes a single charge, group of charges or an entire Invoice, the Client will stil be required to settle the invoice. If the dispute raised by the Client is determined by BeeThere Delivery to be valid and in the Client's favor, then BeeThere Delivery shall issue a credit note to the Client with the disputed amount. * Should the Client fail to fully settle any of its invoices on time, BeeThere Delivery will have the right to take all necessary measures for recovery including stopping the service and withholding payments due to the Client until settlement of outstanding invoices {including disputed invoices) occurs. BeeThere Delivery may also apply an automatic COD proceed deduction to cover any payments, expenses, costs, fees, etc. that are overdue to BeeThere Delivery for more than seven (7) days past the original due date. * Payments to the Client will be made by bank transfer to a bank account designated by the client in the Client Bank Details sheet. COD payments will be settled on @ monthly basis through bank transfer to a bank account designated by the Client. * BeeThere Delivery liabilty in any event with respect to any single shipment is limited to the value of the Goods within the shipment up to a maximum of (367 AED) in the aggregate. ‘+ BeeThere Delivery reserves the right to amend the rates at any time during the Term by providing the Client at least thirty (14) days prior written notice. The foregoing notwithstanding, BeeThere Delivery may increase pricing following a reasonable trading period should the Client significantly fail to provide the promised volumes or at any time in response to a change to government fees, taxes, or other similar costs, fees, and/or expenses applicable to the Services, the Goods, or other aspects of the delivery process, * Standard pricing and rates will apply to any Additional Services and Dedicated Resource Services. ‘* Packaging of shipments is the responsibilty of the Client.
