-Help teenagers find their vocation while maintaining a sport (swimming)

Why do teenagers have a hard time finding a career?
● Fear.
● Fail because it is the most important choice in their life, therefore it is what they are
going to dedicate themselves to.
● That they like it but don’t succeed or that they succeed but don’t like them
● It’s a big challenge.

How to combine studies with sport?

● Have schedule for the activities
● Commit to goals
● Think positive

Why is it good to keep studying with sports?


● Improve the level of concentration, attention, alert status and memory

How and which are going to be the best jobs in the future?
● According to scientists, the future is going to change a lot because of the
technological progress we have had. Everything around us is going to be focused on
digital, robots are going to start doing our day-to-day jobs. Artificial intelligence,
marketing, online sales, robotics, cybersecurity, data engineering will begin to be
handled a lot.

When your purpose is diferente at what you do in your life, you are more likely to suffer
nervousness, anxiety and depression.

Finding Your Leadership Sweet Spot (LSS)


Your LSS is the overlap of three factors: what you enjoy doing, what you're good at and what
adds value to the business..
To find your ideal career you have to know yourself at what you are good at and what you
like, but there are so many people that they don’t know how to find the thing that they like.
First we need to identify ourselves in our Personality Type

1. The Builder- Realistic: There are people that work with real things (animals, plants,
materials) , are usually good with their hands, tools and physical skills, are practical
and persistent people, have mathematics and mechanical capacities and prefer work
outdoors.

2. The problem solver- Investigative: work with ideas, use the brain power, think,
understand. They are analytical and reserved people. They have Science and
mathematics capacities. They like to solve conflicts

3. The creator- Artistic: People who relate to their environment by creating creative
shapes and products. In general, they are emocional and open people, and have
more developed verbal skills. Make new ideas and products.
Careers: music, cinematography, graphic designers, artists, film makers.
4. The people person- Social: They prefer to work and interact with other people, they
like to serve and help people. They are helpful and friendly people, and they like
areas where they are allowed to advise, guide and teach. They have developed
communication and they have leadership skills.
Careers: teachers, therapists, social science, journalism, medicine.

5. The Persuader- Enterprising: They have the affinity to influence people to acquire
something or meet a goal. They are sociable people, with communication and
leadership skills. They are good at public speaking.

6. Conventional: They are able to organize and manage data; they prefer to work on
the systematization of information. You tend to be methodical, practical and inflexible
people.
