policy, hostel, and academic requirements of the ITM and agree to abide by the rules and regulations, as detailed in the
Programme Prospectus, Call Letter, Undertaking, Offer of Admission Letter, Joining Instructions, Student Handbook and
as may be communicated to me by the Institution from time to time. Also, it was explained to me at the time of seeking
my admission to PGDM iConnect programme for Academic Year 2023-24.
By signing this document, I give my consent unconditionally in respect of the following:
I have accepted the offer of admission to PGDM iConnect programme at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai campus. I willingly
submit below mention demand draft which represent first year tuition fee (Part-1) of the programme fees and have
received a receipt towards the same.

I understand and agree to pay the second instalment of 1st year tuition fees (Part-2) within 30 days from the date of Offer
of Admission Letter. I understand that if I do not pay the fee by the specified date, the Institute may, at its discretion,
cancel my admission. Also, I understand and agree that I will pay the second year fees on or before 15th March 2024.
I hereby declare that I have not paid any money by way of donation, capitation, commission, or any other charges to any
individual / agents, in the interest of influencing my admission to the ITM.
I understand and accept that in the event I wish to withdraw from the programme, the withdrawal of admission must be
send through email from my ITM registered email id to pgdm.admissions@itm.edu must contain ITM online application
number, my name, admitted program with specialization, academic year, admitted campus, reason for cancellation etc.
Requests sent to other than above mentioned email id will not be considered.
I understand that, if I wish to withdraw from the programme before the start of the course the entire fee collected from
me, after a deduction of the processing fee ₹1,000/- and balance fees shall be refunded.
I understand that, if I wish to withdraw after joining the programme and if the vacated seat is consequently filled by
another student by the last date of admission, the Institution will refund the fee collected after a deduction of the
processing fee ₹1,000/- and proportionate deductions of monthly fees and hostel rent, where applicable.
I understand that the last date for withdrawal from PGDM iConnect programme for the purpose of refund of fees shall
be 30th June 2023 and refunding process will start after this deadline.
I understand and accept that in the event I wish to withdraw my admission after 30th June 2023 and if the seat
consequently falling vacant has not been filled by any another candidate, for whatever reason, I am not entitle for any
refund of the fees paid by me under any circumstances.
I understand and accept that regarding the use of fake Marksheets/Degree Certificates/Caste Certificates and any other
documents submitted at ITM will be investigated in a time bound manner and if found guilty, my admission will be
cancelled. Further, appropriate legal action shall be initiated accordingly with due intimation to AICTE.
I understand and accept that the Institution may cancel my admission, at its sole discretion, in the event I do not fulfill
the eligible criteria, or I failed to submit all marksheets / documents on or before 15th September 2023 for admission to
the PGDM iConnect programme.
Any dispute arising out of matters stated herein shall be subject to jurisdiction of competent authority in
Mumbai only.
