students of Graphic Era Deemed To Be University, Passing Out in the Year 2022. Please ensure that you
have read and understood these before signing.

Declaration

I agree to follow the following placement guidelines mentioned:

1. Every student must have participated in every PDP/ Subject Domain/Mentor-Mentee

sessions/interactions for being eligible for campus recruitment drive.
2. The University shall not extend any placement support to students penalized on Disciplinary
grounds.
3. Medical leave can be availed on medical grounds by producing a medical certificate. The company as
well as the department should be informed of the same.
4. Without prior permission you are not entitled to take any leave.
5. Job terms and conditions as per offer letter have to be followed strictly.
6. Candidate involved/found in any misbehavior/disciplinary issues/ intoxication or any such issues
during the placement drive or after joining the organization will lead to suspension with immediate
effect.
7. Students who have accepted an offer during campus recruitment drive will not be allowed to
participate in other company’s placement processes unless the next recruiter is offering a package
that is at least 60% higher than the one in hand.
8. Students who have accepted the offer during campus recruitment drive, should not decline to join
the job. If they backout from joining the accepted offer, then GEU is not responsible to place them
further, nor can they have any legal grievances against the university for not being allowed to sit for
further placement processes.
9. Students should strictly adhere to the online/offline recruitment process protocols as detailed in the
“Protocol for online recruitment process” document.
10. For any redressal issues, the placement team is authorized to take final decisions for same.
I, hereby, promise to abide by the admissible rules and regulations, concerning discipline, attendance,
etc. of the Institute & Place of my job, and also to follow the Code of Conduct prescribed for the
Students of the university. I acknowledge that, the university has the authority for taking punitive
actions against me for violation and/or non-compliance of the same.

In case of any accident/illness/fatality etc., during the training period the institute & organisation will
not be responsible for the same.
