Our company, Consulting PLC is engaged in various business outlets utmost capacity, among which
consultancy and distribution are to mention. It is also well known we have already created a client
relationship with your good bank.

Currently, we are working with taking into a contract to distribute beer covering the lion share of the
markets in the capital city, hence as major distributor even country wide. Though the market share in
question is growing up, we couldn’t cope up with the demand but only due to shortage of working capital.
It is noteworthy to mention here that we have taken a term loan of Br. 4,800,000.00 from Dashen bank.
However, we have unanimously decided to build up our client relationship with your good bank. In line
with, we request your good bank to avail our company with term loan of birr 10,000,000.00 which is
meant to be for working capital purpose and loan buyout from Dashen bank against collaterals of vehicles
in the name of the company.
