HCL, an ISO 9001 2000 Company matches international standards conforming to DIN 41494 and IEC 297 specifications. HCL is fully equipped with the state of art manufacturing CNC Machines such as NTC Japan, Co2 Laser cutting machine, MURATA turret punch press, KOMATSU NC press brake, MURATEC CNC press brake with design facilities of CAD/CAM systems supported by AUTODESK. These facilities enable the manufacture of precision products as per customers requirement and are subjected to rigid Quality Control. HCL Racks are of rigid base frame structure made of high precision heavy grade aluminum/steel structure, light in weight, the racks have panels and doors made of high quality, pre-treated, CRCA steel and tinted glass. These Enclosures are constantly upgraded to keep abreast of technological development in Data Communication field.

Wide ranges of accessories are available to facilitate effective space, power cable and thermal management within the rack. With ease of installation these enclosures assure high strength to withstand loads of various capacities while providing excellent aesthetics.

FLOOR STANDING RACKS

The high precision floor standing racks are designed to mount every part of networking systems, servers and instruments. Rack frames are made of heavy, grade aluminium extrusions using the finest material. These are available in steel also.

WALL MOUNT RACKS (Single / Double Section)

For applications where minimum components of networking need to be enclosed, the right choice would be from a wide range of table top racks which in case of space demand are wall mountable too.

CUSTOMIZED SERVER RACKS

Equipments of odd sizes and non standard dimensions demand custom made configuration of server racks. Effective space management is achieved in today's space starved server rooms with the use of these racks.

OPEN FRAME RACKS

For applications that require stacking of 19" active and passive equipments with total accessibility for periodic attention, frame structures are available with mounting angles and a heavy base to support.
