MACARIO SAKAY

Macario sakay y de leon was a Filipino General who took part in the 1896 philippine revolution against
the Spanish empire and in the Philippine american war .After the war was declared over by the United
States in 1902, sakay continued resistance by leading guerilla raids.

MAGDALO

The magdalo faction of the katipunan chapter in cavite. A philippine revolutionary organization with the
aim to gain independence from spain during the Philippine revolution.

It was named after mary magdalene, patroness of kawit, cavite. It was officially led by baldomero
aguinaldo, but his cousin emilio aguinaldo ( whose own katipunan codename was magdalo) was it's
most famous leader.

MAGDIWANG

The magdiwang was a chapter of the katipunan, a philippine revolutionary organization founded by
filipino rebels in manila in 1892, with the aim to gain independence from spain. The magdiwang council
was acknowledge " as the supreme organ responsible for the successful campaigns against the enemy
within cavite.
