Overvi e w
The primary Objective of this document is to provide guidance for installing a new change set
in Development environment using GIT plugin.

Prer e q u i s i t e :

TAFJ development Image with TAFJ version 202012 or higher.

Cha n g e Se t for GIT:

Inside the Eclipse, in TAFJ perspective choose Tafj Tools Git from the menu and select the
option GIT Install Change Set for. Tafj Tools Git ->GIT Install Change Set

!! WARNING !!

Values used are for illustration purpose only, kindly ensure you replace them with
appropriate URL, username, password and Jira ID values.

For instance : the URL might differ in case of :

Bitbucket UAT - bitbucketuat.temenos.com

Bitbucket PROD - bitbucket.temenos.com…. etc….

Inside the wizard, provide the valid Jira URL, username, password and JiraId, which needs
to be installed in the TAFJ area.

URL: < Valid JIRA URL>

Username:<Valid JIRA username> (permission provided by Atlassian team)

Password:<Valid JIRA password>

JiraID: <Valid JIRA ID>

Install change set of child JIRA ID:

On clicking search the changesets associated with the JIRA ID provided is retrieved.

Then choose the files available in the change set, which are interesting for you by clicking
Next button.

Here we have an option to specify where the Source file needs to be loaded in local system
in the

Path <C:\Temenos\Development\TAFJ_Sources\TAFJ_DEV\TAFJHome\appserver\basic>.

Once selected the change sets required, click finish to initiate the process of actual installing
of change set.

Target Folder.

Once the installation is finished, and when we have the source, files which in your TAFJ
project folder directory itself.

The installation can be viewed as follows.

On compiler log we can see the *.b routines getting compiled
