The TAC Vista Conversion Tool Release 3.2.2.50705 release note document includes

Release 3.2.2.50705 allows a user to run conversions against EcoStruxure ™ Building

Operation 3.2.1, EcoStruxure ™ Building Operation 3.2.2 and upcoming 3.2.x releases if

For a successful Conversion, make sure that the following Hot Fix is installed on TAC
Vista Server:
