MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

1. As ___, I hereby bind myself to:

a. Attend the required orientation, seminars, meetings and other sales activities conducted by BCS Green Door Real
Estate Corporation.
b. Follow the standard rules and regulations set forth by BCS Green Door Real Estate Corporation.
c. Practice good ethics and professionalism among self, co-workers and clients. Negotiation of conflict and disputes
shall be settled in a decent manner where both parties are present.Violation on my part of this contract of agency
shall mean cancellation of my accreditation.
2. The effectivity of this contract shall start on the date of signing the contract and accreditation shall be renewed every
year. In case of voluntary resignation, letter should be submitted 30 days before the effectivity date otherwise it will be
considered as INVALID.
3. BCS Green Door Real Estate Corporation has the right to terminate the contract if violation of the policy has been
proven.
