In the start of year 2000. Mr. Richter who is a book seller who really a fond of books in his early and
present days. So, he decided to sell books for living and eventually it works for him. He sold many copies
in past decades and up to this time but come up with an idea on how to maximize his sales. Mr. Richter
selling books with different genre. He is selling drama fairy tale, fantasy, fiction, folklore and historical
books. In his places there are lots who is fond of books, for reading, for collections and etc. Some people
in his places resell it for a better price so it is a win win situation for the both of them. Mr. Richter a book
seller had difficult times to manage their sales because they are struggling where to deliver their exact
stocks of books to sale. Some places many people buy but some are less. They have limited stocks so
they must deliver their stocks to the rights places to maximize their sales. Balancing the number of
deliveries in different places where books sold the most and are not. In the past few years they have
failed to maximize their sales to deliver the right spot so they are losing sales in some places and not
maximizing sales in the better places because of lacking of stocks.

So Mr. Richter wants to maximize his sale so he hire a data collector and a data analyst to record his sales
during a year or two to develop their sales and strategies in delivering the book at the right places, and
to deliver the books in almost exact amount so that people who is fond of buying books may never get
out of stock and some branch may not get more old stocks. So over the year the data collector collect
some data of their sales in different branches. Branch one to six, some branches has a lot of sales some
has not, so this data collection is a big help for their future sales to balance their deliveries. In year 2000
and 2001 the data collector continue to get data and progress have been made. the data collector made
a table having data of numbers of sales in six different branches and also the number of thousands of
money to all different branches. At the end of the data Mr. Richter and his team will eventually know
where should they deliver the most books and less from the other branches because of the data. Over
Time his team will maximize the sales of his books not completely but it will be a big help to the buyer
and also for Mr. Richter.

In the end of 2001 Mr. Richter team collected the cmplete data for the sales, from branch one to six. In
the year 2000 brach one has a sale of 80,000 dollars, branch two has a slightly lower sale who got
75,000, in the 3rd branch they got a data of 95,000 of sale, in the 4th brach is 85,000, in the 5th they
have 75,000 thesame with the 2nd brach, Lastly the 6th branch got the lowest sales with a result of
70,000, these are the data collected in the year 2000 in all six branches. In the year 2000 the highest
sales in all sic branches is the 3rd branch who got 95,000 in one year. The following year the 1st branch
got 105,000 in sales which is a lot higher than previous year, the 2nd branch got 65,000 in sales slightly
lower a year before, the 3rd branch got 110,000 in sales slightly higher before, 4th branch got 95,000 in
slales slightly higher before, the 5th branch got 95,000 in sales slightly higher before lastly the 6th
branch got 80,000 in sales which is slightly higher last year, these are the data collected in the year 2001,
and also the 3rd branch got the highest in sales and the 2nd who got the lowest in sales.

According to the graph in the year 2000, the 3rd branch got the highest sales in books while the lowest is
the 6th branch. So Mr. Richter and his team must deliver an amount of books according to the data sales
collected to maximize his sale. Mr. Richter sold 480,000 of sales in all six branches in the year 2000 and
hoping to increase the sales for the following year with the healp of the data collected. In the year 2001
Mr. Richter sold higher in previous year in almost 6 branches. !st branch got slightly highes, 2nd brach
slightly lower than previous year, 3rd got slightly higher, 4th got slightly higher in sales in previous year,
5th also got slightly higher than before and lastly 6th branch got slightly higher sale than before. That
concludes that almost six branches got higher in sales. Mr. Richter deliver most of his stocks in the 3rd
branch because their are many people buying in that branch than other. In the year 2001 Mr. Richter got
550,000 in sales in all six branches, 2nd year got 70,000 higher than previous years. This concluded that
the data collected from year 2000 got a big help to improve their sales and delivery strategy.
Morty Mobile is a cellphone company started in the year 1990, They are delivering their service for a
decade now. They are lot of competetors in the past years so they are continously innovating. Upgrading
and maintainng their product quality so that they have advantage in sales better than their competitors.
Mr. Morty is very hardworking man who is very competitive, he will find a way to get ahead of the game.
He wants to develop his mobile for a better income and to prevent the fall of his company. Every year his
company sales is very volatile some got decrease but some may increase. Mr. Morty wants to find a way
to have a stable profit for the next years so he decided to get a team to innovate and think of a way to
constantly increase his profit. Over the years mobile competitor is increasing, some company cannot
make up to the game but some have successful result over the years. They are competing for innovations
and targeting the exact market to maximize their sales and constantly increase their profit, one of that
company is the Morty Mobile which lead by MR. Morty. For the next years Mr. Morty wants to get ahead
by his competitors by knowing his data ang performance for the past few years.

Mr. Morty hire a team of researcher and data collector to collect data’s starting year 1995 up to present
which is year 2000. My. Morty wants to know his performance and profit over the years so that he can
track where did the company go wrong and the lack of improvement of his technology over his
competitors. Mr. Morty wants to know his profit in every year, profit is solved by getting the data of
income, which is the inflow of money getting by the company in their costumers and the expenditure
which cash outflow used to innovate and the use of materials to produce a product including the labors
of people working for the company. Using the Income and Expenditure data, the percent profit will be
solved by dividing the difference of the total income to the total expenditure to the total expenditure, in
that formula we can get the percent profit. So the team working hard to collect every data so that the
result of the percent profit will be accurately tracked in every year, this data will be surely improved their
strategy for the following year. They will produce a question where did it go wrong or where did it go
right in the company for that year.

The researcher collected for all the data starting for the year 1995 up to present which is year 2000. In
the year 1995 Mr. Morty got had few changes and innovation for his product this resulted to a low
decent 40 percent profit. During 1996 Mr. Morty decided to do somethig to improve his product to
increase his profit so he decided to innovate and improve the quality of his product. The innovation ang
improvised product result a 55 percent profit during the year. In 1997 their are lots of competitors
popping from nowhere so many people are hacing a hard time where to buy the best cellphone of their
choice. Year 1997 Morty Mobile got a 45 percent profit not a bad profit but not a best also. For the next
year the company improve their advertisement to lure customers to buy the product, the step up noice
for the product to increase in profit. Year 1998 with a result of 65 percent profit which is a good profit,
the company continued to develop and innovate. Year 1999 resulted with the the profit of 70 perecent
and lastly the year 2000 got 60 percent profit which got the a stable profit for the following years.

For the year 1995 to year 2000, the data collected and the graph resulted an oncrease and decrease of
percentage profit. The corresponding result is caused by the performance and competitors of the
company. For the 1st year for data the company got 40% with the increased of 15% for the next year, so
the year 1995 concluded that Morty Mobile did a great job of getting their company ahead by the
competitors. For the next year the profit slightly decreased by 10% this is caused by the increase of
numbers of competitors and also the increased of supply of cellphones. For the the follwing year which
is the year 1998 the Morty Mobile increased of staggering 20% in profit which is a very good result this is
caused by improving and stepping up the advertisement of Morty Mobile to lure the customers of
buying the product. For the following year, year 1999 the Morty Mobile Constantly maintain the
increasing profit who got a 5 perfect increase of profit from previous year. Lastly the year 2000 the
percent profit of Morty Mobile got slightly decreased but we can conclude it got a decent profit og 60
percent which is a good profit. Based on the data the most successfull year of Morty Mobile is year 1998
to Year 1999.
Rick University is a famous new university because of their way of teaching students. Their mission and
vision represents an effective way where student learn more in short period of classes. They want to
avoid stress in most students who are enrolled in their university. They are adapting in new ways in
which students will learn in a fun and enjoyable way. Rick University is a new university who is
continually adjusting to the educational system. For the goal of university who spends less time in
teaching but finding a way students to learn more and effectively. In this matter students and children
wants to enroll in this university because of the university mission and vision. Rick University is the best
university for the new learnings and avoiding student to get loading and having a peer pressure in
school, in this way student will have more social and have more in spend to their family. The problem is
the parents of young student to enroll in this university, they are doubting the way how university teach
students in less time while they are paying their tuition fee. They are doubting in educational system of
Rick university for the future of their children, some parents avoid their children to enroll and learn in
the university.

The new Rick University is adjusting every year and all the staff are doing their best to develop a new
learning to teach effectively. So the decided to collect data from year to year to track their performance
for the previous year where they will see if they did go right or wrong. They are tracking the strength of
university by collecting data which is the number of students who is enrolled and going out of the
university every year. Every year the university is trying their best to earn the trust of the students and
specially the parents to trust their university for the future of the children. The more students got in the
school than students going out, it means that they are doing great job of improving the university,
otherwise is more students is going out than going in it means something is wrong and their is need to
improve. New university is adjusting but their is a lot of room to improve. By collecting data the
university will know what is lacking and what should need to improve. The university know the more
years of data they weill get the more flaws wil be corrected and learning will improve from time to time.

The Rick university started their data collection in the year 1997, the first result they got is 350 students
got in the school and 250 students got out in the school, more students in that getting out is a good
indication that the university is hacing a good job. The next year is 300 students got in the university
while 450 students got out, in the year 1997 the university is having a hard time maintaining the trsut of
student and the parents, this resulted abad result of data. So the university improved and create new
ways of learning to make students learn effectively and increase the number of student going in the
university. In the yar 1998 the university seems to recover bease their is more students going in than
getting out. The number resulted to have 450 students going in while theire 400 students going out. The
next year thre is 500 students going in while 350 students going out, the university is maintaining and
improving to have students stays and wants to learn in their way of learning. In the year 2000 the data
resuylted to have 450 students out while 400 students in and last year 2001 the data result to have 450
students out but 550 students are getting in.

In the six years of data collection of Rick university there are ups and downs of number students going in
and out. The university is not perfect yet but there is space for improvement, but the result over
following years is increasing students going in that getting out, This resulted that the number of students
in the university this current is state is more than the last 6 years. In the 1st year of university the
number students got increased by 100 students this concluded that there more 100 student got in, the
2nd yr is the student got decreased by 150 students this concule that there is less 50 students in their
base number, which is bad. For the year 1998 there is more 50 students going in concludes that the
number got recovered to their base number. The year 1999 the number of increased by a50 students
concludes that their is 150 more students in their base number. In the year 2000 the number of students
decreased by 50 which concludes that their is more 100 students in their base number. In the year 2001
the student increased by 100 students concludes that there is more 150 students increased by there
base number. From 1996 the number of students increased is 150 students in total.
There are lots of tragedy is happening in the past years, decease outbreaks, landslides, earthquakes,
tornado, storms, tsunami and etc., this occurs in different country in the world. Most of the time the
damage is in the most populated country in the world like China, India, USA, Indonesia, Brazil, Pakistan,
Nigeria, Bangladesh, Russia and Japan. So the Organization UIO which stands for United International
Organization wants to track the number of people living in the most populated country to develop and
prepare the amount of funds if there is any tragedy happened. This tracking may help to fasten and
prepare for the future. Having a lot of people in a country have disadvantage because of the limited
resources we have. The food, water, land and shelter we live in. The more people there is also a lot to
feed, so then the tragedy come it will be a problem it would be a problem to them. Some of the country
may struggle to have funds to recover because they have low in resources. The UIO United International
organization is finding a way to have an accurate data for the future.

To have prepare a fund for the future and accurately help the country if a tragedy happened the UIO
United international organization track the population in every country and which contenent the country
belongs in the year 2011. They create a data oncluding the list of country, the continent the country is in,
the number of every population not accurately excact but almost accurate and the percentage of
population in the country over the world. Over the years the population in the world is increasing and
also the number of population in the country, the more people the more the resources will be used. The
importance of tracking the population is also to control it. The total number of country in the world is
295, and there are 7 continents, namely asia, antartica, australia, africa, europe, north america and
south America.

In the 2011 data of most populated country the china got the number one spot which is located in asia
with a population of 1,347,350,000 with 19.14 percent of the world population. 2nd spot is the India
which is located also in Asia, with a population of 1,210,193,422 with a 17.19 percent population. The
third one is the USA which is located in North America with a population of 314,433,000 with a 4.47
percent of world population. The 4th one is the Indonesia located in asia with a population of
237,641,326 with a 3.38 percent of the population. The 5th spot is the brazil which is located in south
america which is with a population of 193.946.886 with a 2.75 percent world population. The 6th spot is
the pakistan which is located in asia which is with a population of 180,746,000 with a 2.57 percent world
population. The 7th spot is the nigeria which is located in africa which is with a population of
166,629,000 with a 2.37 percent world population. The 8th spot is the bangladesh which is located in
asia which is with a population of 152,518,015 with a 2.17 percent world population. The 9th spot is the
russia which is located in europe which is with a population of 143,142,000 with a 2.02 percent world
population. The 10th spot is the asia which is located in south america which is with a population of
127,570,000 with a 1.81 percent world population.

The world population in the world in 2011 stated in the table the most pulated one is the china located
in Asia and the last country is japan is located also in asia. The 10 most populated in country in the
world, sis of the country comes from asia, one in north americal which is the usa, one in south americal
which is brzil, one in africa which is nigeria and one in europe which is the russia. In the seven continent,
only australia and antartica are not included in the list. In this case the UIO United Internation
Organization has the eye in the 3 most populous country namely China, India and USA, but the poorest
country among the 3 is the india, which conclude that if a tragedy happen the india will have more
support to be needed. China and USA have lots of resources than other country. these ten countries if
you sum up they have almost 50% of the world population, the are just 10 countries amount the 196
countries in the world. This also concludes that the most populated continent is asia because 6
populated country are located in asia while the least populated is the antartica.
