Origin of the problem

Conceptual Literature – Those that are contained from text books, general references that expound a
certain concept.

Research literature – Results of studies conducted by other researchers.

Thematic Organization – RRLS is based on the similarities or themes

Chronological Organization - RRLS is based on episodes or periods either descending or ascending.

Site Organization – RRLS are grouped into foreign or local.

In reviewing the related literature and the studies, the researcher must:

1. Summarize the problem, the method used, the findings and conclusion.
2. You need to distinguish the present study from the one reviewed.
3. State how the present study differs from the reviewed literature.
