* Minimum duration of rental is three months which will be charged irrespective of minimum days used
Terms & Conditions:

1. 5 days preparation time should be given for delivery from the date of payment of deposit or confirmation
2. The responsibility of up keeping the machine is ours during the rental period.
3. At the time of returning of the machine, there will be joint inspection of the both the parties and the customers are liable to be charged for the
compensation for damages caused to the machines/ loss of properties (if any)
4. Transportation charges of both at the time of delivery and at the time of returning is to be borne by the customers
5. 20 days prior intimation is to be given before returning the machines for facilitation of refund through cash. Else refund through 20 days post dated cheque
will be applicable
6. Money receipt given to the customers at the time of payment of deposit is to be returned in original at the time of refund
7. Monthly rent shall not be adjusted with security deposit
8. The customer shall use the machine as person prudence would use them as if his own and keep it neat & clean and stickers are not to be attached in the
appliances
9. The security deposit is an refundable interest free amount
10. The lessee/customer shall pay rent of a month on or before 5th Day of each subsequent month. In case of habitual failure to pay the rent timely, it will be
considered violation of the term & conditions of the agreement by the lessee.
11. The standard size of copper wire and electrical wire comes with the machine will be 3.5 metre. Beyond which will be charged to customer with @550 per
metre
12. The standard stabilizer will be provided free with AC, range will be in between 150-240 AH, if the local voltage of the area is lower than this bindassRent is not
responsible for it and customer has to either arrange alternate stabilizer by themselves or can take on rental from us with additional rental.
13. AC installation cost and dismantling cost has to be beard by customer and charged @ Rs. 1200 & RS. 600 respectively.
14. Additional electrical equipment to be bought & wiring to be done by customer if required (like starter, MCB, wire etc) for Inverter, AC or LED TV
15. The monthly rental of Acs will be discounted to 75% for four months of a year, November to February for customer using it for more than 6 months
16. All matter will be sorted out in Gauhati high court (if any)
Procedure:

Upon agreeing into the terms & conditions, forms need to be filled up by concerned person mentioning required information, by depositing copy of the rental
agreement and concerned person's Photo & Address proof and security deposit. Money receipt & copy of registration form will be handed over to the customer.
