Both Parties have agreed as following:

1. Party “B” agrees to rent the land, located at Samakei Meanchey Village,
Sangkat Poipet, Poipet Commune, Banteay Meanchey Province, to Party “A” .

11. Party “ A” cannot rent the land to the Third Party without the permission from
the owner ( Party “ B” )
12. In case Party “ A” would like to end the contract before the period, Party “ A”
must inform the owner, Party “B” ……………month before.
13. Party “A” agrees to pay the electric and water bill during the renting here.
14. This contract comes into force from the day of signature onward.
