Signature Assignment Part 1b: Selection and literature review of a culture

For my signature assignment, I have chosen to research the Mexican culture. I have grown up

around many cultures, but Mexican culture has always been interesting to me. As a Peruvian I

would like to do a research and compare them to my own culture. The history of the Mayan

civilization, annual events like “Day of The Death,” “Cinco de Mayo,” “Holy Week,” and great

archeological sites like one of the seven wonders “Chichen Itza,” are all fascinating things to me.

I will be using the following sources as part of my research.
