Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all products listed in the Confidential Dealer Cost Schedule and are available only to authorized AIAIAI dealers.
Acceptance of this price sheet also denotes acceptance of AIAIAI's MAP pricing and Internet Authorized Dealer policies.

Terms of Payment
Past due amounts may be subject to 1.5% per month finance charge. Checks returned for non sufficient funds (NSF) will be charged a $40.00 bank and handling
fee. Should credit be granted to me by Ortofon Inc., I understand that I am responsible for all legal and/or collection costs and fees incurred by Ortofon Inc. to
collect delinquent invoices and any finance and service charges billed to my account. All prices on this sheet reflect a 3% cash discount. Transacations made on
credit cards shall be charged a non-discounted rate.

Taxes
Stated prices do not include taxes of any kind. Taxes will be added wherever applicable.

Acceptance of Orders
All orders are subject to Ortofon's acceptance, and Ortofon may, for any reason, reject any order in whole or part. There is a $100 minimum order quantity.

Shipment Terms
All orders are F.O.B. Ortofon's warehouse, Ossining, NY. As a convenience to dealers, Ortofon will pre-pay freight charges and add such charges to the dealer's
invoice. Shipments are via UPS.

Product Returns
1. Products will be accepted for return only with prior authorization from Ortofon. An Ortofon return authorization number (RA) must be visible on the exterior
of the package. If not, the shipment may be refused and returned to the sender.

2. All products returned for credit or replacement must be shipped freight prepaid. Collect shipments will be refused.

3. Ortofon shall have the right to inspect all returned merchandise before establishing final disposition. Upon inspection, Ortofon shall be entitled to reject and
return to dealer, freight collect, any products which, in Ortofon's sole judgment, are in unacceptable condition.

4. A 20% restocking fee may apply to any returns not resulting from a manufacturing defect.
