Writing Exercise 7 – Redundancies and Omitting Needless Words

1. The fact that the goods were blended together in the process makes it impossible for
ownership to revert back to the seller.

2. Obviously, the important essentials of this case can only be understood by examining
the past history of the telecoms industry in this country.

3. Clearly, the issues may be condensed down to one proposition: that without mutual
cooperation the venture must necessarily fail.

4. Please note that under the terms of this rule the vote needs to be completely
unanimous.

5. It is important to add that careful forward planning could have avoided the problem
of the manager.
