1. System validates if user has enabled “Allowed Cash Out”

2. System validates if amount to be withdrawn along with service charge is less than or equal
to current balance
3. System prompts user to select from list of options while displaying amount to be withdrawn
4. System validates input
5. System prompts user to enter password
6. System validates input
7. System send SMS to user to indicate status of transaction
