1. Customer dial USSD Code *929# 2. System validates the USSD code entered. 3. A list of options pops up 4. Customer selects option 2 (Renew Membership) 5. A list of options pops up 6. Customer selects option 1 7. System displays a popup telling the customer to enter NHIS Membership Number 8. System checks the authenticity of the input made. 9. If NHIS Membership number is correct, the system displays the details of the card for authenticity with options to confirm or not 10.Customer selects option 1 to confirm or option 2 to decline 11.
