Submission of requests June 18th and 19th
Processing & disbursement June 20th, 21st, 22nd
Complaints resolution June 22nd , 23rd and 24rd
REQUEST PROCEDURE
1. Check the balance in your mobile wallet to be sure you have
sufficient funds to cater for the preferred bundle
2. Dial *800*08# from a Mobile Money Wallet
3. Select Option 1 (Gnat-Ash offer)
4. Select Option 1 (Request bundle)
5. Enter your ‘Registered Beneficiary Phone Number’
6. Select preferred bundle (27 or 54)
7. Confirm summary of your entries
8. Expect a pop-up alert on your phone that displays as:
“Transaction in progress. Kindly wait for a prompt to authorize payment”
9. WAIT PATIENTLY at this point for Payment Authorization alert.
 Use other available mobile wallets from other networks
if you encounter a challenge after several attempts

10. Enter your Mobile wallet PIN to complete the process


11. Wait for SMS receipt from your Mobile Money Service
provider and another one from “Staff Bundle”.
12. Keep the receipts as reference until you are served.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

 Only ONE request per beneficiary is allowed


 Double and multiple requests are not encouraged. Any
extra request made shall be served at half the expected
bundle
 All enquiries and complaints are to be directed to the
support team at 0550 660 800 via Telegram chat only
 Voice Calls and SMS to the number are not encouraged
 Disbursement related complaints lodged after June 24th
will NOT be attended to.

WHAT TO DO AFTER SUBMISSION OF REQUEST


1. Wait patiently within the timelines allotted for bundle
disbursement
2. Expect an SMS alert from MTNUP2U indicating the
volume of data (GB) credited to your account
3. Check your account balance preferably through the
MyMTN App (it can be downloaded if not already installed)
a. Launch the MyMTN App
b. Select ‘Data’
c. Look for the balance under “Master beneficiary data bundle”

4. You can equally check the balance through *124#. The


balance is displayed in megabytes (MB) as part of the
internet bundle balance in your main account.
