Letter of Offer for your appointment as “ME-Trainee”- Location - Mumbai

We are pleased to appoint you as an apprentice designated as ‘ME-Trainee’ in our organization i.e.,
Canon India Private Limited (“Company”) for a fixed term of one year, effective from
1st December 2022 and valid until 30th November 2023 (“Training Period”). During your training
period, you will be governed by Apprentices Act 1961 and Apprenticeship rules 2015.

Your stipend for the aforesaid training period shall be INR 20,000/- per month and the same shall be
subject to statutory deduction as may be applicable from time to time.

You will be trained in the West BIS Service Department of Market Engineering (Service) Division.
Your scope of work shall include developing new skills and applying the knowledge gained by doing
hands-on repair of Canon products.
