A: The pressing is bottleneck because the products will transfer to the next stage after passing the

pressing stage and the PRESING has lowest number of ability to pass products.

C:
1, If the TPAR of product C is less than 1 the organization should consider to manufacture less
products of that category or if that’s not enough, the organization should consider to stop
producing of that product or completely cease the production.
2, Before ceasing the production of product C the entity should consider the following actions.
Such as,
* The entity should buy cheap material without compromising the quality of that product so,
this will reduce cost and increase the profit.
* The entity should increase the selling price of that product if possible considering competitive
market price.
* The entity should take strict actions to reduce the cost of the product to take maximum
benefit from that product.
