Significant Achievements

 Significant contribution in reduction of rejection of Bravo 80 from 1000 PPM to 450 PPM by
using of
Various Core tools, POKA YOKE and KAIZEN, brain storming, C & E diagram, Pareto
diagram, Control Charts, SPC, MSA & FMEA, histogram, run charts and taking
required CAPA.
 Reduce the rework of Machining components from 3% to 1.5%.
