Since June’08 with Bajaj Auto Ltd., Pune as Line Engineer- Engine Assembly
(Two wheeler Plant)

 Responsible for daily work management activities, planning for daily activities & shift handling.
 Root cause analysis of the entire engine related problems.
 Monitoring all the engines for each and every working shift through planned, identify the non
conformance and correct through the action plan from concerned.
 Manpower planning to achieve targets as per plan.
 Preparing SOP/AOS for the various stages on line.
 Preparing monthly production report, report of rework, and rejection analysis.
 Controlling line rejection, line defects as per engine & deliver Zero defect in engine.
 On job training given to the new joined trainee & improving the enhancing skill level of new trainees.
 Developing FSO as well as monthly production report, defects analysis, rework records, internal
defect tracking records & consumables records.

Notable Achievement:
 Received the best kaizen award.
 Efficiently reduced customer complaints from 5 to 1 per month.
 Pivotal in enhancing the engine productivity from 800 to 1000 per shift.
 Successfully reduced the cost of manufacturing variables like; rejection cost, consumable cost, tool
cost, & power cost.
 Reduced stud socket length by 5 mm so that block stud reverse fitment is avoided.
 Provided pneumatic back pressure sensor for checking oil passage of RH crank-case . If oil passage is
block then it will give faulty alarm and will not transfer crank-case for bearing pressing and press will
stop automatically.
 Provided washer dispenser for kick spindle washer fitment which gives out only single washer so that
engine rejection at PV for kick sticky is avoided
