 Presently working with Sunbeam Auto Pvt. Ltd. As a Project & System Sr. Engineer from 18-09-2018 to
till date. This is an IATF certified organization to manufacture casting Auto parts like crankcase, mirror
button ,brake shoes MC upper , fuel door cover for OEM Customer like Hero , Chrysler etc.

 Have worked with Kay Jay Forgings Pvt. Ltd. As a QMS engineer from 15-01-2018to 09-08-2018.This
is an IATF certified organization to manufacture forged auto parts like crank shaft ,connecting rod ,tool
box steering yokes for OEM Customer like TVS ,Honda .

 Have worked with KING EXPORT . as QIP(Quality Improvement Plan) Project Engineer &Q.M.S. Engineer
from 25-09-2016to 31-12-2017 .This is an ISO Certified company to manufacture and export three point parts.

 Have worked with PARAMOUNT IMPEX as a Quality engineer in QC/ QA& partially linked to QMS Deptt
From 23/09/2013 to 21/09/2016 .This is an ISO Certified Company to Manufacture goods for Domestic and
Export market Three point linkage parts, Clevis pin, Lift arm pin etc.

Job Responsibilities at Sunbeam auto Pvt. Ltd.:-

 To ensure effective implementation of Quality Management System (IATF 16949) throughout the
organization.
 To conduct MRM for overall performance evaluation with top management.
 To ensure adherence to MACE’s 16 point audit check sheet throughout the organization.
 To ensure documentation relating to APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC, CAPA, 7 Q/C tool, 8D.
 To Plan, Schedule & Conduct the internal Audits, Product Audit, and Process Audit.
 Monthly Monitoring of EMS (ISO 14001-2015) Objectives.
 Root cause analysis & prepare action plan against the NCR’s raised during Audit.
 Implementation of POKA YOKE, KAIZEN.
 Monthly Monitoring of KPI & Cost of Poor Quality.
