 Managing Key account of Tier-1 Customers – MUNJAL SHOWA, RANE NSK, RANE MADRAS,

 Budgeting the sales, getting customer’s forecast/orders in time or in advance.

 Processing RFQ of all Projects received with engineering team.

issues & providing root cause analysis report after consultation with QC & Production
department.
 Conducting audio/video calls to provide optimum solution on technical & commercials

Customers are highly satisfied with product & services provided.
 Circulating the daily MIS to all concerned HODs department wise in order to meet monthly
profit targets.
 To collect, collate & publish project/program related sheets/reports to various stakeholders
(within & outside the organization).

Project Management:
 Tracking project deliverables, Planning Time Schedules (Milestone).
 New Product Development CFT Coordination.
 To coordinate all periodic reviews, prepare MOMs & Track to closure of all action
items
 Reporting, coordinating meetings, coordinating between production, quality
&purchase dep’t. & maintaining harmonious inter‐department relationship.
