Role: Sales Executive Timeline: 29th April 15 to Present

 Project management (Handling customer from Receiving Enquiry/Sending Quotes/Processing PO/


Preparing Order Acknowledgment / Invoicing/ Dispatch).
 Handle backend sales process in the form of invoicing, material management and coordination with
supply chain to cater to the needs of the project.
 Coordinating with accounts department for payment receipt status from customer for dispatch of
material. Generating Road Permits. Follow up for C-forms.
 Close Coordination with warehouse in tracking the stock Inventory and deliveries.
 Preparing weekly reports on the product quoted, demand and material management, to be presented

 Looking after the sales activities of Nikon metrology products (CMM, All kind of Industrial
Microscopes, Profile Projectors, etc.)
 Preparing and Sending Quotes to customers for all kind of Metrologic machines / Spare parts,
 Order management. Handling Direct/Indirect Sales.(Formal PO generation in case of Indirect sales)
 Coordination with Japan for Material Shipment from Japan to India.
 Export Control Work (Getting end user certificate, statement of assurance) from customer for any
purchase.
 Supporting Branch Head in developing sales strategies.
 Visiting customer site whenever required having discussions with customer regarding their needs for
new enquiries. Enhancing customer relationship and satisfaction levels
