RE : SCHEDULE OF THE YEARBOOK PHOTO SHOOT

As the school year is about to end, the graduation toga pictorial for our yearbook would be one of the best
tangible keepsakes to commemorate our students’ achievement in completing the requirements needed for
basic education.

Please take note of the schedule and guidelines for the photo shoot.

A. SCHEDULE OF THE PHOTOSHOOT

Venue: Multi-Purpose Hall 1: 00 p.m. – 3: 00 p.m. G12 Fides
(6th floor) 3: 15 p.m. – 4: 30 p.m. G12 Amare
8: 00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. G12 Magis
April 29, 2023, Saturday 10: 15 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. G12 Magnanimitas

B. GUIDELINES FOR ATTIRES


MALES:
1. Plain polo (long-sleeves or short) with any tie, navy blue or black pants, black leather shoes
(recently shined), black socks.
2. Follow school’s prescribed haircut (barber cut). No hair color allowed.
FEMALES:
1. Any open shoulder or open neckline blouse, and skirt not longer than the toga or any open-
shoulder or open neckline dress not longer than the toga.
2. Black, Navy, Beige (skin tone) or any neutral-colored heels or pumps.
3. Ladies may wear light make-up with hair neatly arranged.

C. OTHER REMINDERS:
1. Students should follow the section’s schedule for the photo shoot. Be on time.
2. Two pictures will be taken for each student. One in formal pose and another in casual/wacky
pose. For the second photo, students may bring props and things that represent their Senior
High School life (ex: gadgets, books, medals, etc.).
3. Students must return the toga after the photo shoot.
4. Students are not allowed to post photos and stories in social media until after the graduation
ceremony.
