 Members of the National Police shall serve with utmost responsibility,
integrity, morality, loyalty and efficiency with due respect to human
rights and dignity as hallmark of a democratic society

2. How is confidentiality practiced by law enforcers? (3 points)


 Sharing personal information without informed consent can be a
violation of professional ethics for the provider and traumatizing for the
victim. Confidentiality helps the victim feel safe when reporting crimes
to police, receiving medical attention, or working with a service
provider
3. How is cooperation with other officers and agencies demonstrated by law
enforcers? (3 points)

 collaboration in law enforcement helps pool resources, prepare for


emergencies, and build trust. Here's how to work well with other
agencies

4. Describe the private life of a law enforcer as required by the Code of


Ethics. (3 points)
 must never be lax in conduct or manner in private life, express
disrespect for the law, nor seek to gain special privilege that would be
reflective upon the profession. He must so conduct his private life that
the public will regard him as an example of stability fidelity and
morality.

5. As provided in the Code of Ethics, how can law enforcers enhance their
personal and professional capabilities? (3 points)

6. What is the fundamental duty of a law enforcement officer? (3 points)

 my fundamental duty is to serve mankind; to safeguard lives and


property; to protect the innocent against deception; the weak against
oppression or intimidation, and the peaceful against violence or
disorder; and to respect the constitutional rights of all men to liberty,
equality and justice.

7. What is the importance of Police-Community Relations in crime


prevention? (5 points)

 maintaining public order and safety, enforcing the law, and preventing,
detecting, and investigating criminal activities

8. As future registered criminologist, how will you develop yourself to help


the PNP become a highly capable, effective and credible police service?
Focus on your personal attributes, capabilities and initiatives to contribute
to the PNP. (10 points)
 I will help the police service by doing things that should credible and
impartial and fulfill all orders as soon as possible and I will improve my
skills and talent that I have.
