Needle cleaning with the Titan multi- Sectional needle flusher

A sectional head frame was engineered to assist in quick change over of the needles. This frame allows
for an employee to pull 42 needles per section (10 per head) for daily needle cleaning. These blocks are
suggested to be removed after flushing in the Injector every night and run through the needle block
flushing cabinet before re-inserting them, they can be kept clean with this daily maintenance.

It is Likely the needles could need an annual cleaning, (removed from the blocks, soaked in water and
cleaning solution and blown out by hand one at a time. At this time you may determine intervals for
performing this procedure. Start with checking every 3 months? If ok check every 6 months etc… some
plants may go yearly if needle plugging is not an issue.

(Every injection process introduces more or less debris to be filtered and kept out of the needles it will be
up to each plant to determine how often this procedure should be performed the needle blocks will need
to be rebuilt ( inner o- rings changed) when they show signs of leaking around the needles)

The Cabinet is for flushing multiple individual blocks with 42 needles inserted and removed from the injector, insert 5 blocks at a
time and close the lid. Now you will need to program the unit to cycle through each block. Start the program you have set. The cycle
should begin pulsing air and water through the needles and blocks one at a time, allow the cycles to continue on each block until
green light flashes, drain the system, rinse inner cabinet area fill with water (warm if possible) repeat this procedure for all blocks
that will be re-inserted into the injector.
