Achievement in FY 17-18
1. Reduced APC from 12.45 % to 11.46 5 in February month with PLF 80.1.it is
lowest in Fy-17-18.
2. Reduced heat rate from targeted 3250 Kcal/kw to 3150 Kcal/kw by reducing heat
losses, venting and leakages.
3. To achieved first time max running load of turbine goes to peak 21 MWH on
25/12/2017 respective of 20 MWH capacity after governor setting change.
4. No any major shutdown taken from CPP site in this year.
5. Optimize running hours of service air compressor from 24 hr to 6 hrs acc. to
requirement and save approximate 2.5 MWH APC per day from Sept-17.
6. Optimize running hours of CHP by increase feeding rate and reduce ideal running
time saving per day 150 KWH APC.
7. By regular following and force to customer replaced the damaged tank by new
acid tank .and stop manual handling of acid.
8. Zero accident and fatality.
9. Convince to customer regarding 5S and TPM activity and also agreed him for
support.
10. Complete every shutdown within the time given by customer and on customer
requirement.
Thermax Power O&M 7
11. 8 nos of kaizen implemented at site for better O&M.
12. Turbine minor overhauling and generator bearing inspection don during
shutdown 28/11/2017 to 12/12/2017.
13. Plant running in rainy season without load distribution and tripping.
14. AHP probe mode taken in service .
15. To achieve maximum continue running days record of 98 days (23 Aug to 28
Nov 2017).
