1.0 BACKGROUND
1.1 The Unity Games is an annual event of the Church of Christ composing of different sports
events for different christian family organizations.

2.0 OBJECTIVES
2.1 To train the church members to value teamwork, respect fellow members, and abound
their faith.
2.2 To help the church members to stay active and promote physical and spiritual health.
2.3 To promote the christian culture, unity, camaraderie, and sportsmanship.

3.0 GENERAL INFORMATION

3.1 The venue and schedules for each Unity Games Level is presented below:

4.0 SPORTS EVENTS

4.1 The sports events that will be held for inter-local to district level are as follows:

Note: For inter-area, a team composed of players from different local congregations in

5.0 QUALIFICATIONS
5.1 Every sport event is open to all Buklod, KADIWA, and Binhi members. For CWS/PNK
members, there will be a separate instructions for their own Unity Games.
5.2 Every player must comply with the following: certification from local congregation, waiver,
consent of guardian (for KADIWA and Binhi only), and medical certificate. The templates
of these documents can be found in the appendix part of this mechanics.

6.0 GENERAL GUIDELINES

6.1 Color Coding. Here is the color coding per Area:

6.2 Jersey or sports uniform is required from inter-area to district finals. It is advisable that
each player buy or contract to make jersey as early as of this writing. They can request
to print their respective area and local name on their sports uniforms just like the sample
below:

6.3 Bracketing of teams. For local level, local officers are in-charge of bracketing the teams.
For inter-local, distrct officers and area coordinators will be in-charge. For inter-area and
district finals, these are the bracketing that will be used for all sports events and
christian family organizations:

7.0 OTHER GUIDELINES

7.1 Authority. Each event and each stage of those events that will be held will be
supervised, monitored, and lead by a committee-in-charge. The CFO district and local
officers are hereby given the authority to act as such, with the help of the local supervising
minister, the CFO overseer, district staff, and the district supervising minister. As such,
they have the capacity to decide on matters of importance before, during, and after this
event.
7.2 Committee-in-charge for local eliminations. The committee-in-charge may be
composed of the local congregation’s CFO Officers from Buklod, KADIWA, Binhi, and
the local supervising minister.
7.3 Committee-in-charge for inter-local to district finals. For area eliminations and district
finals, the committee-in-charge will be composed of the CFO District Officers, the CFO
overseer, and the district supervising minister.
7.4 Church duties. No church member is allowed to make the Unity Games as an excuse
to not fulfill the his/her church duties such as the worship service. However, the
committee-in-charge will consider the schedules of Sta. Cena of each local in making the
schedules of each game.

7.4 Representatives for Regionals. The winners of each sports event are not the automatic
representatives of the district in the regional level of Unity Games. The composition of
each team is subject to the decision of committee-in-charge.
7.5 Other events of Regionals. The committee-in-charge will also be the one to find the
representatives of the district for each of these sports event:
