hereby solemnly swear and agree / to abide, adhere and uphold / all conditions / Rules / Regulations
which has been set forth / by the organizers of this tournament.
As player of this game / I hereby swear and agree / to play the game in the highest forms / and
standards of discipline and sportsmanship / No matter if I win or lose / what count most is / How I
conduct myself and play my game / in the spirit of belongingness, / Peace and community enjoyment
/ With my fellow players.
I now therefore declare precepts of a true sportsman / In thought, / In word and in deed in the true
spirit of sportsmanship, For the Glory and for the honor of my team.

WAIVER
Our signature signifies that, as players, we understood and agreed on the
following:
 The company and BIVMC shall not be held liable in any injury that may
occur during the game as we have voluntarily joined this tournament.
 All games shall be conducted after our work schedule. For on call
employees, operations are priority.
 We voluntarily participate in the 3x3 Mobile Street Basketball and adhere
to the mandatory health protocol for outdoor sports and to the rules of the
organizers.
