Exercises for hip pain

The Pigeon and the bridge yoga poses are both great for opening hips and
reducing pain over time. There are many YOUTUBE videos to demonstrate.

Walk around slowly for five minutes, then stand with your right side next
to the wall, but not touching it. Flatten your right hand on the wall and
slightly bend your right elbow. Raise your left foot and cross your left foot
over your right foot. Keeping your right leg straight and your left leg
slightly bent, slowly move your right hip toward the wall and hold the
stretch for 30 seconds, making sure there is no bounce. You can feel the
stretch in your right outer hip and thigh. Next, change to the left side.
Repeat daily, building up the duration of the stretch and the number of
repetitions.

INTELLECTUAL EXERCISES relieve pain because they take your mind off it.
