In Rise of Kingdoms, Thutmose III is a new legendary archer

commander who is a part of the Egypt civilization. He has the Archer,
Versatility, and Support talent trees available to him. In new kingdoms,
where a large number of players will have Richard, Thutmose III will
be an incredibly helpful commander to have. Richard is vulnerable to
Thutmose III’s first skill, which lowers Richards’s healing. His other
skills are ok.

Should you invest in the Thutmose III?

It is dependent on the kingdom that you are currently playing in. If you
are on new servers that investing in Thutmose III will be a good idea
so you can counter Richard and you will have to decant legendary
commander for archers. For old servers, you should probably wait for
Thutmose III testing in order to determine if he is a good investment
but probably you will skip him if you are free to play player or player
that is not focused on archer troops.

There are many more capable commanders available for you to use. It
is in your best interest to hold off until some tests have been
completed; after that, you will know without a doubt whether he is
worth it or not.

Brave Ruler

Deals direct damage to up to 3 targets in a forward-facing fan-shaped 

area (Damage Factor 1000). Damage dealt to each target is reduced
by 15% for each additional target. The target also suffers 30%
reduced healing for 5 seconds.

Direct Damage Factor – 500 / 600 / 700 / 800 / 1000
Healing Effect Reduction – 10% / 15% / 20% / 25% / 30%

Empire Builder

All archer units led by this commander gain 15% increased Attack and
10% March Speed. Troops deal 15% increased damage outside of
alliance territory.

Upgrade Preview:
Archer Attack Increase: – 5% / 7% / 9% / 12% / 15%
Archer March Speed Bonus: 4% / 5% / 6% / 8% / 10%
Damage Bonus: 5% / 7% / 9% / 12% / 15%

Conquest of Mitanni

Archer units’ Defense is increased by 10% on the map, and each

troop attack has a 10% chance of inflicting a debuff to the target,
increasing its skill damage taken by 15% for 3 seconds. This effect
triggers once every 8 seconds.

Archer Defense Bonus: 4% / 5% / 6% / 8% / 10%
Increasing Skill Damage taken by: 5% / 7% / 9% / 12% / 15%

Vast Territory

Troops led by this commander take 10% less counterattack damage.

When attacked, there is a 10% chance to deal skill damage to the
target (Damage Factor 700). This effect triggers once every 8
seconds.

Upgrade Preview:
Counterattack Damage reduction: 4% / 6% / 6% / 8% / 10%
Direct Damage Factor: 300 / 400 / 500 / 600 / 700

Might of Thebes

After using an active skill, troops deal 30% more normal attack
damage for 3 seconds. This skill triggers once every 8 seconds.
