Neza Bazi, also known as tent-pegging, is a traditional equestrian sport that is

very popular in Pakistan. It involves horseback riders using a sword or lance to

pick up small objects from the ground while galloping at high speeds. The sport is
usually performed in teams, with each team consisting of four riders.

In Neza Bazi, the riders have to gallop towards a peg or small object fixed into
the ground and pick it up using their sword or lance. The object is then lifted
into the air and thrown down on the ground by the rider to complete the maneuver.
The sport requires a lot of skill, accuracy, and coordination between the horse and
rider.

Neza Bazi is considered an important cultural heritage in Pakistan and is performed

in various festivals and competitions. The sport is often played at weddings,
festivals, and other celebrations, and it is a popular form of entertainment in
rural areas of the country.
