TODAY, WE ARE GOING TO TALK ABOUT HOW TO STAY A HEALTHY AND EAT HEALTHY FOOD. MY
NAME IS CHRISTIAN AND I AM A SPECIALIST ABOUT THIS LIFESTYLE. YOU DON’T HAVE TO TAKE
PAINKILLERS OR ANTIBIOTICS. INSTEAD, THERE ARE OTHER WAYS TO DO IT WELL. OK, LET’S START!
IT’S IMPORTANT TO STAY HEALTHY AND EAT HEALTHY FOOD. IT DOESN’T MATTER HOW SLOW
YOU DO IT. EVERYTIME YOU HAVE TO DO EXERCISES. IN THE MORNING, JOG AROUND YOUR
NEIGHBORHOOD TO START YOUR DAY FULL OF ENERGY. YOU CAN DO YOUR EXERCISES ON THE
STREET IN ORDER TO HAVE MORE SPACE TO DO IT. IT’S NOT IMPORTANT WHAT KIND OF
EXERCISES YOU DO. WHAT IS IMPORTANT IS TO DO IT FREQUENTLY. A LOT OF PEOPLE WAKE UP
VERY EARLY AND THAT’S GOOD BECAUSE SLEPPING IS VERY IMPORTANT. MANY PEOPLE EAT
FRUIT WHEN THEY HAVE BREAKFAST AND IT’S CRUCIAL TO DRINK WATER AND EAT VEGETABLES IN
ORDER TO BE HEALTHY. ANYWHONE WHO DOESN’T HAVE A HEALTHY LIFE IS DOING SOMETHING
BAD. FOR EXAMPLE, WHEN I WAS A KID, I USED TO EAT JUNK FOOD. I USED TO HAVE INSOMNIA
AND THE PEDITRICIAN TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD CHANGE MY HABITS. THAT’S WHAT I DID. THE
CONSEQUENCES OF CONSEQUENCE A HEALTHY LIFE IS THAT YOU CAN GET SICK IN MANY WAYS
AND SUFFER THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. THE TIME TO START IS NOW. CHANGE JUNK FOOD FOR
HEALTHY FOOD SUCH AS SALADS. CHANGE SODA FOR WATER. CHANGE WATCHING TV DOING
EXERCISES. THE TIME TO START IS NOW. FOLLOW ME IN MY SOCIAL NETWORKS TO GIVE YOU
