LIFE IN 2175

‘’In the future, cars will fly and there will be robots between us’’, that’s something we
have ever heard! Hello everybody. This is me in the year 2175. I am very happy because
my life has changed a lot from 2022 because I do a lot of different things. I can say that
life in this year is good due to many things but not all is perfect. There are positive and
negative aspects about life in 2175 that are hard to imagine they are real.
The positive aspects about living in 2175 are incredible because you can use robots,
flying cars and learn languages with a pill. First, I can say that living in 2175 is
awesome because technology is present everywhere. I can see robots cleaning the
streets, doing housework and helping people in public places. That’s something we
didn’t see in the past. Robots are like our right hand. Second, transportation is the best.
There are cars that can fly. I have been learning how to drive one because it’s
inmeasurably different from traditional cars. In the past, we got driver’s license, now,
we get flying licenses! Another aspect is that there are ‘’language pills’’. If you take one
pill, you will able to speak another language such as French, Chinese, Portuguese,
Italian, etc. I take the Chinese pill punctually because I like that language. In the past,
we attended to language schools, but in 2175 we only take a vigorous pill. I can
conclude that this kind of technology has been giving many benefits to everybody here
in 2175. I work with my cellphone and I can use it in my mind by thinking about the
app I am going to use. Incredible.
The negative aspects about life in 2175 are utterly surprising because abortion,
suicide and pollution are recurring events. Abortion and suicide has become more
common because there is nothing to do in the world. The citizens are ultimately afraid
of seeing dead bodies in the street so it’s hard for this not to be insufferable. Abortion
and suicides are daily bread. A second negative aspect is pollution. It’s no longer
possible to live at ground level because of the pollutants created by factories. Humans
have been polluting the world for many years. Another negative aspect is the
legalization of some drugs so a lot young people can buy drugs without getting arrested.
It is being monitored by authorities but it’s not enough in certain places. I can conclude
that the negative aspects are the worst. They could be avoided in the past in order to
avoid its presence in the future. Unfortunately, I can see a lot of people using and selling
some drugs on the streets so it affects people a lot.
In brief, the positive and negative aspects of life in 2175 are situations that we would
never have imagined. I think that there will always be positive and negative aspects in
any year and it’s up to us to choose the best way to live with them.
