What is Kahoot!?
• “Kahoot! is a game-based learning platform that
makes it easy to create, share and play learning games
or trivia quizzes in minutes. Unleash the fun in
classrooms, offices and living rooms!”
• It is commonly used in a classroom to review and
study class material in a fun and engaging way
• Kahoot! is often used during a class prior to a quiz or
test as a review game to help students prepare for the
upcoming exam
• Teachers can create their own Kahoot! about their
class material to assist their students in reviewing
what they have learned in class
• Teachers can also use a Kahoot! that has already been
created by other teachers/creators

• With the Basic free subscription, teachers have

access to:
• Create kahoots with quiz questions
• Host and play kahoots
• Assign student-paced kahoots
• Have up to 40 players per game
• You can create different groups for separate
classes and join groups that are similar to the
content you are creating and presenting
