Register for KeHE CONNECT Retailer™
Step 1: Go to connectretailer.kehe.com
Step 2: Follow the prompts to register as a new user
Step 3: Watch for the confirmation email and complete your registration
This email may land in your junk folder, so please check there if you don’t see it
For expedited registration, perform the steps above, then call KeHE’s Retail Tech Support team
at 866-239-7348

Log into KeHE CONNECT Retailer
Step 1: Go to www.connectretailer.kehe.com
Step 2: Enter your email address and password You must be registered to log into KeHE CONNECT
Retailer™.
Step 3: You will see the KeHE CONNECT Retailer™ homepage

Product Search
There are two ways to search for products in KeHE CONNECT Retailer™.
1. Type the item name, item number, UPC number, brand or category in the Search Products bar
2. Open the Products drop down from the main menu and select a category or shop all categories

Filter the Product Search Results
The filter menu will help you narrow down your search results.

Add a product to your shopping cart
1. Find the item you want to add to your shopping cart
2. Click the Add button
3. Enter a name for your order (required) and PO number (optional)
4. Click Add to Cart

Start an order
1. Click on Create New Order
2. Select Create Order and enter the order name (required) and PO number (optional)
3. Click Create

Upload an order via File Upload
1. Click on Create New Order
2. Select File Upload
3. Download the template
4. Upload the completed file
5. Click Create

Check the status of your order
1. Click on the Orders tab from the top menu
2. Select Drafts to see orders that have not been submitted
3. Select Pending to see orders with custom, pre-defined discounts that are set aside for future ordering
4. Select Open to see orders that have been submitted but not yet invoiced
5. Select History to see completed orders that have been invoiced

Find and download invoices
1. Click on the Invoices tab from the top menu
2. Search for invoices by invoice number, UPC code, brand name, etc.
3. Search for invoices by dates
4. Export selected invoices

1. Click on the Pricing and Publications tab from the top menu
2. Select the type of publication

Make a favorites list Lists can be

1. Click on the profile icon file or a
2. Select My Lists PDF.

3. Click on Create List


4. Give your list a name and click Create
5. Add items to your list by clicking on the heart icon
