Dear Sarang,

On behalf of Adobe Systems India Private Limited having its registered office at Level - 2, Elegance Building, Campus 217,
Mathura Road, Jasola District Complex, Jasola, New Delhi - 110025, Delhi, India (the Company), I am pleased to offer you the
position of Customer Business Analyst Intern in Adobe India based in Remote India Campus. This position is for a limited period
offer for a specific project which will automatically come to an end at the completion of the project from
Monday, April 11, 2022 to Friday, June 17, 2022 . There is one-week flexibility on either end. We recognize that people are at the
core of our success, and we look forward to having you join the other highly qualified and motivated individuals who work at
Adobe.

This offer is subject inter alia to the terms and conditions contained herein and, in the attachments, hereto.

Subject to the provisions of this letter of offer, your appointment to the position of Customer Business Analyst Intern will be
effective upon your acceptance of this offer and you joining the services of the Company.

The Duration of the project is from Monday, April 11, 2022 to Friday, June 17, 2022. Unless confirmed in writing by an authorized
signatory of the Company, your internship will automatically come to an end on Friday, June 17, 2022.

The company will pay Rs. ₹40,000.00/- (Forty Thousand) per month only for specified period, only as stipend for the duration of
the project. All other expenses incurred by you during this time will be borne by you.

Location: Your role is assigned to the Adobe (Remote India) office location. This offer is contingent on you living and working
within reasonable daily commuting distance of*, and within the same State as, your assigned Adobe (Remote India) location.
Please note that if you must relocate to be in your new worksite location, you are encouraged to move before you join Adobe and
are required to move within 30 days of your start date. You cannot start working for Adobe outside of your assigned State
location. If you are unable or unwilling to work in and/or relocate to your assigned worksite location as defined here, please
discuss with your manager and inform the Employee Resource Center (erc@adobe.com) immediately for further assessment as
this could result in a compensation adjustment, a change in benefits, and/or separation from employment.

*A reasonable daily commuting distance assumes that you could commute to and from your assigned Adobe office, by public
transit or car, and have a full day of work at the office.

If any information furnished by you to the Company proves to be false or if you are found to have willfully suppressed any material
information, the Company shall be entitled to terminate this contract without giving any notice. The Company will be entitled to
terminate this contract without any cause at any time during its validity period on its sole discretion.

Your work in the Company will be subjected to the rules and regulations of the Company, as promulgated, and modified from time
to time in relation to your conduct, discipline, and other matters.

In addition to the above, all such other rules and regulations as may be in operation at the time of your accepting the offer with
the Company as may be amended or altered from time to time at the discretion of the Company will also apply to you. All the
aforesaid rules and regulations shall be duly communicated to you as and when they become applicable.

We trust this offer will be acceptable to you. Please sign and return a copy of this letter, as a token of your acceptance. This offer
will be valid till Monday, 21 Feb. 2022 .

Subject to your acceptance, this offer will be open for you to join the services of the Company as soon as possible but not later
than Monday, April 11, 2022.
