 Abstract

• In field of Apiculture , the bee keepers face

many problems. They have to maintain the
boxes regularly. Whether the bees in the box
all are active or is there any problem in the
box.
• The person who is maintaining more than
50+ box , may have difficulty to maintain
the box.
 Abstract
• The main thing in apiculture is the maintence .If there is lack in
Maintanence may affect in harvesting.
• To Overcome this problem We had designed the IOT system for Bee
Keepers.
• This system provides the temperature ,weight ,location & activity of
the bees in the box.

Components
• Arduino UNO
• Temperature Sensor
• Camera
• Weight Sensor
• GPS
• Bee Box
 Arduino Working

 The main part of the system is

Arduino .Because this system
will control all other sensors to
do their work.
 This system will receive the
information from all boxes and
send it the user.
 Temperature Sensor

This Sensor will show the temperature

maintained in the box.
The System will give notification to the
user that the Temperature is high.

(INCREASE IN TEMPERATURE
LEADS TO SWARMING OF BEES)
 Camera

This Sensor will show how the bees are

active , whether the place is good for bees.

 Weight Sensor
This Sensor will show the Weight of the
box.
The System will give notification to the
user When it reach the specific weight.
