1. How consumers makes purchase decisions? Explain your answer.


- Purchase decision is the thought process that leads a consumer from identifying a need,
generating options, and choosing a specific product and brand.
2. Identify and explain the cultural factors that affect consumer buying decisions?
- Cultural Factors encompass the set of beliefs, moral values, traditions, language, and
laws (or rules of behavior) held in common by a nation, a community, or other defined
group of people. It can affect consumer decisions on how people perceive the world
around them, their place in it, and how they make decisions, it tends to play a role in
determining how and why we consume goods and services.
