Company collects all items that it has no& and determines &hether or not

used$ distinguishing the items into t&o di.erent categories: used and non/
used+ Wan Cheng cleaned all samples out "rom the ca'inet$ and decided i"
samples should 'e kept or sent 'ack+ Samples that the company &as
&orking on &ere kept in an ordered manner in the ca'inet and rest &ere
sent 'ack to an upstream company or the suppliers+
2+ Set in rder
Wan Cheng manu"acturing company$ made a place to set the tools they
had$ "or eample$ they distinguished all sies$ then put each sie into
separate containers and made
a la'el to identi"y &hat sie &as inside o" the container+ n addition$ they
hung some tools that &ere used o"ten on the &all$ reducing time needed
to 3nd and pick a tool+
4+ Shine
Wan Cheng manu"acturing company uses a lot o" coolant &hen the
machines are &orking$ leading to a &et and dirty -oor &hen the personnel
&ere drying the products+ #or the shine step$ all the employees o" the 3rm
ha*e 'een made a&are o" the dangers o" a &et -oor and they are no&
reuired to s&eep and &ipe the surrounding areas+

 %he company has made charts &ith instructions and images to help
employees in remem'ering the sorting pattern as &ell as helping ne&
employees understand the company practices+ t has also assigned
sponsors "or each rule so that ne& employees can 'e trained on those
rules 'y them upon 7oining the company+
5+ Sustain
 %he company has made a checklist "or all the machines a'out the steps to
'e carried out in the machine and each employee has to sign on that a"ter
completion o" &ork on that machine+
