WIFI

I will take this opportunity to share my ideas to improve our service. I have notice that
passengers have problem with their internet when they board the comuter. Therefore, I
would like to suggest that we provide wifi network in the comuter.

I suggest this idea due to the complexity of communications, smartphones and tablet
can easily lost networks expecially when the comuter cross the subway or in isolated
areas with poor internter connection. The availability of wifi allows them to connect
with others and do important works with their laptop without any problem.

In addition, given the increasing usage of wi-fi enabled mobile devices such as
smartphone and tablets, wi-fi can be effectively used to improve transportation
services. For instance, wi-fi can be very effective for gathering passenger data such as
their email address, age and gender. This knowledge allows us to improve our service
and give better experience to the passengers.

Last but not least, offering free wifi and entertainment services also part of the hook to
get people to use our company’s comuter. They also can save their mobile data and
use the wifi freely. They also do not have to register again and fill out their details if
they already connect the wifi before.

.If you consider when you are a passenger yourself, wouldn’t

you be pretty happy to discover that your boring train journey
from home to the big city is not going to be as painful because
you have a choice of things to occupy your time? As much as
we all stare out the window for the brief moments of beautiful
scenery, would we prefer to pass the time faster by indulging in
some online and digital content or entertainment? .

As you said, in my opinion, the ticket price will likely go up..but only a small amount will be
charged on each passenger. because there are many passengers who board our komuter,
therefore we will get a lot of income for our company and at the same time it will give the
benefit not only to the passenger but also to the our company.
I hope my idea can interest you as well as others and can bring benefits for the

How many sekerity guard that you will put at the comuter?.. And also… if one day,
there are more than one passengers that have problems, how will you handle this
situation?
